Wicor records its latest CD

What a day! Yesterday we had a full day of recording. Our sound engineer was setting up microphones around us as we rehearsed at 9.15.am. By 10.30am, we had successfully recorded nine tracks involving all the school. I don't think he could quite believe what we had achieved in such a short time!

Whole school cuts a track or two...

At lunchtime, the school Staff recorded a track - a "Wicorized" version of Madness' Baggy Trousers. It's worth buying the CD just to hear the three staff solos! Just a shame that we couldn't record them dancing.

Vox Rox take a turn
Soloists too

During the afternoon it was time for VoxRox to record. Many of the the older children were still very tired after Rock Challenge the day before. Like true professionals, they made that extra effort, worked through their tiredness and recorded four tracks. It's all in the hands of the sound engineer now. CD's can be pre-ordered at the Office. If you wish to hear the children singing you can always visit the  Wicor You Tube site
